Enabling Notifications

Enable Notifications​

Go to the Vault User Interface

Login with the Tenant Administrator you would like to enable notifications for. Add Entitlement System Configuration.

  1. Navigate to System Config from the sidebar menu

  2. Click the + button to add a new System Config.

  3. Choose Key: EntitlementTenancy and click Submit

  4. Click the + button to add a new System Config.

  5. Choose Key: EntitlementNotification and click Submit

Edit Entitlement System Configuration​

  1. Once the SystemConfig records have been added, find the EntitlementNotification record and click the pencil to edit

  2. Click the + button to add a record. See screenshot below

  3. Ensure The Toggle is set to on for SupportEntitlementNotification as per screenshot below.

Add Solace Endpoint​

  1. Navigate to Data Sources, API Connection, Solace from the sidebar menu 2. Click the + button to add a new Solace record.

  2. Fill in the Solace instance name and connection details similar to the screenshot below

  3. Click Test Connection

  4. Once successful, click Save

Add Solace System Configuration​

  1. Navigate to System Config from the sidebar menu

  2. Click the + button to add a new System Config.

  3. Choose Key: EntitlementTenancy and click Submit

Edit Solace System Configuration​

  1. Once the SystemConfig record has been added, click the pencil to edit 2. Click the + button to add a record. See screenshot below

  2. Ensure The Value is set to the Solace Endpoint you configured in the previous section. Click Submit.
