Vault Overview

The vault is a secure storage service for all eXate applications. All runtime application configurations and firm specific sensitive data is stored in the vault. It can only be configured and maintained by an administrator and is deployed as part of the Management namespace. The vault is especially vital for Cross-Region configurations, where we store the corresponding connection information for each country.

To access the Vault, you will need to navigate to the ''Useful Links'' section of the eXate portal and click on the “Vault” button. This will open a second window and open the Vault located under the following URL: eXate Vault . To access it you are required to login again using your tenancy credentials. Once logged in, you will be met with the Vault homepage where you can access “Data Sources”, “Location” and “System Configuration”
